Delicious chicken hammered thin and coated in home made breadcrumbs in our own kitchen daily. This chicken takes less than 5 minutes to cook at home. Simply place into a pan of hot Sicilian olive oil and turn when the breadcrumbs are golden brown as shown in the picture then repeat on the other side. Add a little lemon juice. Milanese can be served with a side portion of pasta or with vegetables. Leftovers, if there are any which is rare, are delicious cold in a salad or sandwich with some Calve mayonnaise and fresh tomato.
