Nduja (170 grams)



Nduja is a typical Calabrian salami, made using minced pork meat, chilli peppers, salt and olive oil. A traditional recipe, without additives, preservatives or colourants. The fiery and rich taste makes Nduja perfect as a spread on bread but also an incredibly versatile ingredient that can be added to soups, stirred through pasta or used as a pizza topping.
